Field Insight is FieldPotential’s development concept — a bridge between personal insight and professional growth.
Based on the TT38 personality assessment, each participant gains a deep understanding of their strengths, motivations, and behavioral patterns — and learns how to translate that insight into meaningful action.

Whether designed for employees or leaders, Field Insight is about creating awareness, energy, and direction.

Field Insight – Employee Program / Candidate match

Price: 12.000 DKK excl. VAT per participant

Purpose:
To provide employees or candidates with a sharper understanding of their strengths, motivational drivers, and collaboration styles — empowering them to take ownership of their own development and contribute more effectively to the organization’s success.

Includes:

  • TT38 personality profile and report
  • 1:1 debrief session (60 min) with a certified consultant
  • Personalized development plan with actionable recommendations
  • Optional team workshop based on combined profiles
  • Feedback to hiring manager, before choosing the candidate match

Purpose:
To give leaders a precise understanding of their personal leadership style, decision patterns, and growth areas — and to equip them with insights and tools to lead authentically, effectively, and with empathy.

Includes:

  • TT38 leadership profile and detailed report
  • Two 1:1 coaching sessions (2 × 75 min) with a certified consultant
  • Optional 360° feedback module
  • Tailored leadership development plan and follow-up session
